Pix charge over WhatsApp
Enter your key, the amount and what the charge is for: the tool writes a polite message with the Pix copy-and-paste code and opens it straight in the customer’s WhatsApp chat.
Without a number, WhatsApp asks who to send it to.
Fill in the key, the name and the city to build the message.
Your Pix key, name and amount are used here in the browser only. Nothing is sent to any server.
Step by step
- Enter your Pix key, name and city as your bank has them.
- Fill in the amount and what the charge is for.
- Optionally add the customer’s name and WhatsApp number.
- Tap "Open in WhatsApp" and send — or copy the message.
Why send the copy-and-paste code
Over WhatsApp, the customer cannot scan a QR code shown on their own screen. The Pix copy-and-paste code solves it: they copy the code and paste it in their bank app, with the amount and your name filled in.
The message puts the code alone on the last line, so a tap and hold in WhatsApp selects just the code.
Watch out for fake receipts
The most common scam when charging over WhatsApp is a faked Pix receipt: an image of a payment that never happened. Before handing anything over, check the credit in your bank app.
The reference you fill in comes back in your statement with the payment, which helps match payments to charges.

Frequently asked questions
How do I send a Pix charge over WhatsApp?
Fill in your key, name, city and the amount, then tap "Open in WhatsApp". The message opens ready, with the Pix copy-and-paste code, in the customer’s chat.
Can the customer pay on their phone?
Yes. They tap and hold the code, copy it and paste it in their bank app under Pix copy and paste. Amount and recipient come filled in.
How do I know the customer paid?
Through your bank app. Do not rely on a receipt sent by message, which can be faked. The reference you filled in shows in your statement with the payment.
Is my Pix key sent to a server?
No. The message is built in your browser. It only leaves your device when you send it on WhatsApp yourself.
