Printable Pix payment sign
Build a "Pay with Pix" sign for the counter, the shop window or the market stall: QR code, key, business name and an optional fixed amount, ready to print on A4 or A5. Everything is generated in your browser — your Pix key is not sent anywhere.
Logo in the middle of the QR code (optional)
Your Pix key, name and amount are used here in the browser only. Nothing is sent to any server.

What goes on the sign
The Pix QR code sits in the middle, large enough to scan from one or two meters away, with a short instruction for anyone who has never paid by QR code. Above it go the headline, the business name and, if you want, a fixed amount.
Below the code the Pix key is printed the way people read it — a CPF with dots and dash, a phone number with its area code. It is there for anyone whose camera struggles or who prefers to type. If you would rather not display the key, untick the option.
The footer tells the payer to check the recipient name before confirming. The bank app shows that name on its confirmation screen, and checking it is what protects you and your customer from a tampered sign.
Protect the sign from QR swapping
The most common Pix scam at a counter is swapping the sign, or sticking another QR code over the original. The customer pays, the money goes to the scammer, and nobody notices until closing time.
That is why the sign asks payers to check the recipient name: they see it in their bank app before confirming. On top of that, laminate the sign or put it in an acrylic stand, keep it where staff can see it, and scan it with your own phone now and then to confirm it still points to your account.
A4 or A5, and how to print
A4 is a full sheet: good for walls, windows and queues, where customers scan from further away. A5 is half a sheet: it fits a table stand, the cash register and a small counter.
The print button opens the browser print dialog with only the sign, already sized for the paper you picked. In that dialog, "Save as PDF" produces a file you can send to a print shop or print later. On a home printer, 90 g paper or heavier at normal quality is enough: the QR code uses high error correction, so it tolerates small print defects.
The PNG is 1748 × 2472 pixels, the equivalent of A5 at 300 dpi. Use it to print, to share over WhatsApp or as an image inside a larger design.
Open or fixed amount
For a counter that sells items at different prices, leave the amount blank and the customer types what they are paying. That is how almost every Pix sign works.
A fixed amount makes sense when the price never changes — parking, event entry, a raffle ticket, a set menu. The amount is printed on the sign and locked into the code, so nobody overpays or underpays by mistake.

Frequently asked questions
How do I make a printable Pix sign?
Enter the Pix key, the recipient name and the city. The sign appears alongside, with the QR code and the key. Pick a color and a paper size, then click print or save it as a PDF.
Is the Pix sign free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no limit on signs. Besides your information, the sign only carries the site address in small print in the footer.
What is the best size for a Pix sign?
A5 (half sheet) for table stands and counters, where the customer stands close. A4 (full sheet) for walls, windows or queues, where the customer scans from further away.
Do I have to show my Pix key on the sign?
No. The printed key helps people who cannot scan, but you can untick the option and keep only the QR code. If your key is your CPF, consider a random or email key for the sign.
Does the QR code on the sign expire?
No. It is a static Pix QR code: the data lives in the code itself and it works for as long as the key exists in your account. Print it once and use it indefinitely.
How do I stop someone from swapping my QR code?
Laminate the sign or use an acrylic stand, keep it where staff can see it and scan it with your own phone now and then. The footer tells customers to check the recipient name before paying.
Is my Pix key sent to a server?
No. The whole sign — code, text and image — is put together in your browser. Nothing you type leaves your device.
Does it work with any bank?
Yes. The QR code follows the Banco Central BR Code standard, which is the same for every institution. Any bank or wallet app that accepts Pix can read it.
